J. Cole has teamed up with Swiss luxury brand Bally to deliver a limited-edition collection of hiking boots and backpacks for the upcoming Fall/Winter season.

To celebrate the new partnership, they debuted a short film titled “Off the Grid,” which removes the Roc Nation MC from the hustle and bustle of hip-hop stardom and places him on the serene island of Jamaica.

The five-minute clip, directed by Maxim Bohichik of BBGUN, follows Cole as he visits Bob Marley’s Tuff Gong Studios in Kingston before traveling through the mountains – all while rocking his Bally gear, of course.

According to Bally’s website, “This short film is a contemporary celebration of Bally’s long-standing affinity with hip hop culture and its iconic aesthetic. Much like the sneakers of the 90’s, the hiking boot is this generation’s equivalent assertion on everyday style. Taking functional design and transforming it into a luxury item as only Bally can, own the new wave of boots and backpacks that J. Cole hand selected for this unique collaboration, as seen in the film.”

Cole’s collection is currently available, with the boots priced at $695 to $795 and the backpacks ranging from $825 to $1,250.
